Have you ever heard of the documentary on manifesting called “The Secret”? The one that says that all you have to do is think about what you want, and it’ll magically appear? In ways, I’m happy that it exists, because it brought the idea of manifestation to millions of people. But I also think it sets us up for unrealistic expectations of manifesting, which can lead to people feeling like it’s just another snake oil salesman scam.
One of the first components to creating your life of Vitality is to define success on your terms (not the terms that everyone else has created for you). This can be tough, because we often have to wade through decades of programming and a lot of other people’s ideas of what success looks like.
